5. Классификация деловых писем
В зависимости от темы деловые письма могут содержать просьбу, благодарность, извинение, приглашение, поздравление, жалобу, подтверждение ранее достигнутых договоренностей или сопровождать документы, направляемые партнеру. Кроме того, в ходе делового сотрудничества партнеры обмениваются письмами относительно организации деловых поездок и подготовки переговоров. Рассмотрим каждое из таких писем.
5.1. Письмо-просьба
Письмо-просьба направляется с целью получения информации о товарах, услугах или данных иного характера. Письмо должно четко формулировать, какую именно информацию вы хотите получить. Например:

Сопроводительное письмо необходимо при отправке документов, информационных или рекламных материалов и фактически представляет собой ответ на просьбу выслать такие документы. Например:
