Пособие предназначено для фермеров-осетроводов, специалистов осетровых рыбоводных заводов и руководителей рыбного хозяйства и аквакультуры, вовлеченных в развитие осетроводства и реализацию программ искусственного воспроизводства и восстановления популяций осетровых рыб в странах бассейнов Черного и Каспийского морей. Цель книги – обеспечить указанных выше специалистов практическим пособием по технологии и управлению искусственным воспроизводством осетровых рыб. Руководство издано на

английском, русском и турецком языках.
