At screen press “Injector monitor-injector 1” to display the above screen.
Injection time: Record the injection start to stop time.
Injection speed: The injection start to stop average injection speed value, e.g.: Feed amount is 130g, injection time is lOsec
Injection speed=feed amount -injection time . =130 (g)-10 (sec)
=13g/sec
The default injection speed is ll~14g/sec. If the material flows rate too bad the injection speed is setting too slow.
Segment remaining: Displays 5 sections exchange points.
Current stroke: Display screw current position > when the injection quantity is 0, the current stroke display 5.0mm °
Injector 1 last station right mold cannot set and it is also for display the function.3 Injector 2 Speed
