At screen press injector 2 monitor to display the above screen.
Injection time: Record the injection start to stop time.
Injection speed: The injection start to stop average injection speed value, e.g.: Feed amount is 130g, injection time is lOsec
Injection speed=feed amount -^injection time =130 (g) ^10 (sec)
=13g/sec
The default injection speed is 1 l~14g/sec. If the material flows rate too bad the injection speed
is setting too slow.
Segment remaining: Displays 5 sections exchange points.
Injector 2 No.l station left mold cannot set and it is also for display the function.
