TIENYU was chiefly in line of production of plastic injection moulding machines at its beginning stage and the one who developed independently the first duo-color plastic injection moulding machine, Model TY-715-2C, in Suzhou.

Model TY-3670, based upon the principle of hydraulic injection, has made it possible to replace the conventional gear box driving injection mechanism in shoe-making machinery with the hydraulic motor driving device to effectuate the precision control of material injection, saving the energy V consumption up to 45% for the manufacturers.

Model TY-3670-2 and TY-3670-2C, successfully developed the first series of duo-color injection moulding machines, had been copied vigorously by the fellow competitors. In the same good spirit of creativity and innovation, TIENYU also succeeded in presenting the integral plant

facilities of full plastic injection moulding sport shoes to export on turn key basis. This changed entirely the fashion of conventional shoe making by saving 50% of manpower and supplying the consumers shoes permanently deformation-free. It was then the well-known “Case 859“ in the shoe industry. Such a break-through in creation and improvement had won us a recognition and praise from both domestic and alien clients. Henceforth, the shoe machine manufacturer have made their attempts to catch it up with us.

odel TY-610 and TY-996 were the triumphantly improved model of sport shoes direct moulding injection machinery rolled out from TIENYU as a result of our expertise in hydraulic application. The hydraulic injection system, hydraulic locking system, disk drive mechanism are highly praised still in the shoe industry.

TIENYU invested a great deal of capital to set up a emulating shoe making shop within the mother factory which to demonstrate TIENYU actual experience in machine application with the clients under a dedicating perfection program. In one hand, we can test the functions of our product to serve the basis of an accelerated research and improvement, in the other hand, we are able to furnish an intact, accurate and full program of exportation of whole plant facilities on turn key basis to our customers by sharing our actual experience in manufacture process. Moreover, we may train the special technicians for the buyers.

We developed the Model TY-996-2C-8P which was duo color one pair direct moulding injection machine, the Model TY-996-3C-8P which was 3 color one pair direct moulding injection machine, the Model TY-996-2C-2P which was duo color one pair direct moulding injection machine, the Model TY-996-3C-2P which was 3 color one pair direct moulding injection machine, the Model TY-996-4C-2P which was the first four color injection sport shoe machine and also the first four color moulding injection machine in Suzhou, it is fully an automation moulding machine. This machine features that it can operate the other moulding opening procedures while in extruding at the same time through the cylinder material handling device, TY—996-3C Monitor control Injection machine, TY-728 Rain Boots Injection Machine.

We developed the EVA injection machine, produce 8 stations circular machine for testing and verify function.

EVA material and mould selection co-operate condition become mature at market, the reform EVA injection machine TY-628 and produce to enter the market.

To suit the produce requirement produce the TY-628 SUPER and increase the disk surface, clamping mould force.

Co-operate with Italian WINTECH Co. developed the new EVA injection machine TY-290.
