1. At the above screen press “Injector 1 speed” to display the ’’Injector 1 speed” screen °

2. Injection volume setting: The machine is 5 sections injection machine. Each section injection volume by oneself or automatic average share by computer.

3. If each section injection volume must set by oneself, check the small box which show at above figure and start from the last section (No. 5 section) to the front section setting the injection volume. If only set one of the section, the other sections will average share by computer.

4. Injection spfeed setting: According to the injection volume the machine is divided into 5 sections injection speed. Each section injection speed can set by oneself. Each section value indicates hydraulic oil flow rate (unit: L/min). The default value is 20~40. The value is too large means the injection speed is too fast. This value doesn’t set lower than 20.

5. Injector 1 last station right mold cannot set and it is also for display the function.

3. If the setting value is lower than 20, reduce the injection speed and injection pressure.2-1 Injector 1 injection pressure

3. Decrease the injection pressure value, it can cause decrease the injection speed.
