Search the text and vocabulary for the English
Никогда не начинайте разговор с людьми с того, в чем ваши мнения расходятся.
Сказав что-то единожды, вы уже не сможете от ступить от этого.
С самого начала постарайтесь, чтобы ваш собеседник не реагировал негативно на то, что вы говорите.

Enumerate the author's recommendations how to start a talk with people:
Don't begin by discussing the things on which you differ.
Do you always follow these pieces of advice? What recommendation don't you stick to? Do you have to overcome some psychological difficulties when beginning a talk with an unknown person?
Please repeat what Dale Carnegie advises everybody to keep in mind when speaking with somebody.
