When my classes are over I go to the sports center where I have karate lessons. I have karate lessons three times a week. When I do not have them, I take guitar lessons.
I usually get up at 8 o'clock and do the same things I do on weekdays except going to university. At 12 o'clock I rehearse with in the rock band where I play the guitar. Our rehearsal ends in the evening. Sometimes I can stay at home and read books, or go somewhere with my friends.
I take a shower and then have my meal. The first thing many people do automatically is to turn on TV and watch news when they have a meal. Well I think all this is the key to our depression or bad mood. I like to talk with my parents while having morning meal.
As many people I have different timetables on weekdays and weekends. I think that it is very important to go to bed before midnight and to get up quite early in the morning, especially on weekdays. Thus you can manage to do everything you plan to do.
I put all the necessary books into my bag and get dressed. I leave home at about 9 o'clock. I get to my university by bicycle.
I have my meal and start doing my homework at 8 o'clock. If I have some spare time after doing homework, I play the guitar or read classical literature. I go to bed.
I take a cool shower and then I go jogging to the park near my place. So I do jogging for about thirty minutes and then do some Tasks. After this I feel refreshed and full of energy. Besides fresh air and birds singing improves my mood greatly even on Mondays.
Write out the key sentences for each point of the plan.
Task 14. Put the sentences into the right order:
A. I open the window and do my morning Tasks in front of it.
B. Then I let the dog outside and feed him, bring the dog back in and go to the university.
C. I like to read something before going to bed and rather often I fall asleep while I am reading.
D. After my study I usually prefer to walk home to get some fresh air.
E. In the evening I like to watch TV, especially comedies or films about traveling.
F. When I return home I change into more comfortable clothes, turn on the television to watch the news and then prepare my dinner.
G. It takes me thirty minutes to get there by trolleybus.
H. In the morning I usually eat some porridge and drink orange or apple juice.
I. I like studying in the university more than in the school because in university it is mostly allowed to miss some lectures (of course, later you should take a summary from your mate and copy it).
J. I usually start my day with getting up and doing all things that everybody does in the morning.
Task 15. Prepare a summary with the help of tasks 13B and 14.

Task 16. Read the following text to have an idea of the daily routine men have in the army.
In the Royal Welsh Army
Due to the nature of the job your daily routine will always be different but in camp the average day starts at about 08.00am. The day may start with general duties or sport. No two days are the same.
After a shower and breakfast you will move on to training, this could be learning new skills such as driving, Fieldcraft, firing weapon systems and may include maintaining infantry skills, communications, field craft, drill, map reading and shooting. The average day finishes at about 4.30 pm.
Meals are served in the Regimental Restaurant. The chefs provide a high standard of food with a choice of hot dishes or salads and you are guaranteed to have food provided 3 times a day, every day, with no need for cooking or cleaning. All you have to do is turn up.
When you are on exercise or operations these timings are obviously a lot more flexible and the days can be much longer. However, everyone enjoys the deployments because you are able to put into practice your skills.
In addition you will receive extra pay and allowances and be reimbursed your food and accommodation charges.
The single soldiers are normally accommodated in their own en-suite, (this is dependant on location and Operation) one-man room; you are responsible for keeping your room clean and tidy. You can layout your room, as you wish, your living space is very much a personal thing. TV, Telephone and Internet connections are in most room, but you will be responsible for the bills if you want to make use of these facilities.
There are six rooms in every flat and you will live here with your colleagues. Each flat has a kitchen, sitting room, storeroom and laundry room. The Regimental Recruiting teams run regular visits for potential recruits to come and see the Regiment. It is free, and there is no obligation to take things further if you don’t want to.
Task 17. In the text below there is information about the possibilities of adding exercise into daily life. What would you choose for yourself?
