2. Выполните перевод предлагаемого текста.

Суд в составе судьи Иванова И. И., при ведении протокола судебного заседания судьей Петрова П. П., рассмотрев в судебном заседании исковое заявление Х к ответчику Y о взыскании 57 387,57рублей при участии представителей сторон: от истца: X1, от ответчика Y1: не явился. Руководствуясь ст. ст. 110, 156, 167-170, 176 Арбитражного процессуального кодекса Российской Федерации, суд решил взыскать с Y в пользу X 57 387,57 рублей - долг, 2000рублей – расходы по госпошлине.

Решение исполнить после вступления его в законную силу.

Решение может быть обжаловано в Первый апелляционный суд г. через областной суд в течение месяца с момента принятия решения. В таком же порядке решение может быть обжаловано в Федеральный арбитражный суд Волго-Вятского округа г. Нижнего Новгорода в срок, не превышающий двух месяцев со дня вступления в законную силу обжалуемого судебного акта.
