Dunne и соавторы [16] сравнили точность уравнений прогно-
зирования калиперометрии при оценке % жира в организме с данными двухэнергетической рентгеновской абсорбциометрии в группе профессиональных ирландских жокеев (n=72). Авторы пришли к выводу, что следует проявлять осторожность при ис­пользовании существующих уравнений прогнозирования из-за вариабельности %ЖТ относительно DXA (табл. 25).

Считается, что пониженное содержание жировой ткани в теле может положительно сказаться на достижениях спортсменов в некоторых видах спорта. Это связано с тем, что снижение жировой массы тела способствует повышению эффективности движений, улучшению эстетического вида спортсмена, а также оптимизации соотношения силы и массы тела [13]. Гимнастика является одним из таких видов спорта, в котором считается, что стройная фигура обеспечивает эстетические и биомеханические преимущества [3, 6, 19]. Предыдущие исследования выявили, что низкий процент жира в организме является фактором успеха в гимнастике, при этом ПЖТ обычно колеблется от 13 до 16% среди элитных гимнасток [6]. В то время как большая часть со­временной литературы по гимнастике относится к международ­ному уровню соревнований, Falls и Humphrey [19] наблюдали значительно более низкий уровень жира в организме у призеров

(ЖТ =16,82%) по сравнению с непризерами (ЖТ=18,41%) на студенческих соревнованиях по гимнастике. Также, Trexler и со- авторы [57] оценили состав тела у женщин-гимнасток-студенток (n=15) с помощью двухэнергетической рентгеновской абсорб­циометрии. Исследователи показали, что %ЖТ составил 23,2±3,2. Silva и соавторы [54] оценили состав тела у элитных спортсме­нок, занимающихся художественной гимнастикой. У 67 гимна­сток (возраст: 16–18 лет (n=36) и 19–26 лет (n=31)), высокого уровня работоспособности (36,6±7,6 часов тренировок в не­делю) процент ЖТ составил 9,0±2,2 (6–16) и 9,1±1,9 (6–13) со­ответственно. Jovanovic и соавторы [30] оценили состав тела у 25 гимнасток и 37 гимнастов. Процент ЖТ у гимнасток соста­вил 15,11 [7,40; 21,50] %, а у гимнастов 8,10 [4,00; 14,60].
Референсные методы, такие как компьютерная томография и магнитно-резонансная томография, предлагают высокую точ­ность и возможность различать конкретные компоненты состава тела (например, висцеральный, подкожный, скелетную мышеч­ную массу и жировую ткань в составе безжировой массы), но яв­ляются дорогими и непортативными. В то же время новые методы, такие как БИА с использованием смарт-часов и технологии на базе смартфонов, обеспечивают большую доступность и мень­шую нагрузку для участников, но с пониженной точностью. Ме­тоды, такие как трехмерные оптические сканеры, обеспечивают баланс между портативностью и точностью, демонстрируя мно­гообещающий потенциал для применения на уровне населения [55]. Поэтому выбор метода оценки состава тела должен осно­вываться на клиническом контексте и конкретном применении, учитывая компромиссы в стоимости, точности и портативности. Новые методы предоставляют ценные возможности для оценки на уровне населения, в то время как референсные методы оста­ются важными для детального анализа компонентов.
