After many nouns we use particular prepositions. For example, we say (a) reason for, (an) example of, (an) increase in. Here are some common examples of these noun + preposition combinations:

agree with someone about/on something (=have the same opinion as someone)
I agree with Dr Watson that you’re not the right person. I agree with her analysis of the situation.
He agreed with them about the need for change. We couldn’t agree on the meaning of that word.
agree to something (=say ‘yes’)
