Former Prime Minister Of The UK Gordon Brown To Speak On Global Economy At NYU Abu Dhabi Institute Public Event

The Right Honorable Gordon Brown MP, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and a Distinguished Global Leader in Residence at New York University, will participate in a public event sponsored by New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) Institute titled “What the Global Economy Needs.” The event will take place at Manarat Al Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi on Sunday, October 9, from 6:30-8:30pm.

Brown, who authored the book Beyond the Crash: Overcoming the First Crisis of Globalisation, will speak on the global financial crisis, including his views on how the collapse occurred, and what can and should be done to create global conditions for greater stability and prosperity.
