Цель: овладеть новыми грамматическими структурами, новой лексикой.

Студент должен знать:

• времена группы Perfect, Perfect Continuous;

• согласование времен;

• неличные формы глагола: инфинитив, герундий, причастие;

• новую лексику.

Студент должен уметь;

• подготовить устное и письменное сообщение на заданную тему;

• конструировать диалог на основе прочитанного текста;

• извлекать из прочитанного материала информацию о нужном факте или событии;

• составлять план и делать краткие записи к каждому пункту плана

Количество часов – 14 (12 часов - практических, 2 часа - самостоятельная работа)

Вид контроля: итоговый лексико-грамматический тест, устный и письменный опрос.

Задание 1

Студент должен:

• Овладеть грамматическими структурами (временами группы Perfect, Perfect Continuous, согласованием времен, неличными формами глагола: инфинитив, герундий, причастие).

• Выполнить упражнения по рабочей тетради и сборника грамматических упражнений

Задание 2

Студент должен:

• Ознакомиться и овладеть новой лексикой, прочитать текст «Выдающиеся люди России» («Outstanding People of Russia») и составить план и пересказать текст

Outstanding People of Russia

The contribution of Russian people into the world culture can hardly be overestimated. The mysterious Slavonik soul and curious mind found their expression in masterpieces of literature and art, music and philosophy, in numerous scientific discoveries. The Russian literature is rightly considered to be one of the most humanistic and man-loving in the world. Its roots go back to "The Lay of Igor Host", written by an unknown author in the 12-th century. The names of Pushkin, Lermontov, Gogol, Nekrasov, Turgenev, Bunin, Chekhov, Dostoyevsky, Goncharov, Tolstoy are known world-wide.

Even to enumerate the names of writers and poets now considered classic would take considerable time. It's always difficult for contemporaries to judge the literature of the present day, especially in our time of confused values. Yet, the names of Vasiliy Shukshin, Vladimir Vysotsky are meaningful and dear to every Russian. There are others of course: Voznesensky and Yevtushenko, Akhmadulina and Okudzhava They are certainly known nation-wide and read by many.

The Russian fine art is represented by the names of Brullov, Aivazowsky, Tropinin, Vasnetsov, Shishkin, Levitan, Repin, Serov, Vrubel and others. I happened to see Vrubers work "The Demon" on display at the art gallery. The harmonius combination on the fantastic and the real, the gorgeous colour schemes remained forever appealing to me. Among the modern painter's works those by Boris Vasilyev and Ilya Glazunov are more to my liking.

The father of the Russian science was certainly Michail Lomonosov, a truly muhitalented person. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that Iomonosov cre­ated the Russian physics and chemistry, linguistics, geology and history. Everybody knows the names of Dmitriy Mendeleyev; Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, Sergey Korolyov, Nikolay Vernandsky, and the greatest citizen, as well as scien­tist, of our days Andrey Sakharov.
