Another feature of green building is the maintenance of tightness
of door and window. About 25 % of thermal energy is on our houses
through windows and doors. So green building should have double-glazed
windows and doors which provide protection against heat and losses in a
cold season. It is important to establish doors correctly without cracks.
Another thing we would like to point out is the reduction of electric
expenses.The modern home appliances are made on power saving up
technologies. Besides power saving up lamps are used as they consume
in 5 times less energy than usual lamp.
In Moscow the first ecological complex has been constructed. Green
building is one of the prospective branches in our country.
