Here are some more examples of how to decline an invitation:
– Thank you for your invitation to … but I regret that I am unable to accept
it as … .
– I am sorry to decline your kind invitation … .

TASKS:
1. Write a letter in which you:

A request usually consists of a request phrase, a reason for the request and
an expression of gratitude.
