Вы, несомненно, знаете, что мы очень заинтересованы в Вашем участии в тендерах, проводимых в нашей стране, и потому просим Вас пересмотреть свое решение и сделать все возможное для участия в тендере. Ввиду высокого спроса на Ваше оборудование в нашей стране, мы можем заверить Вас, что Вы можете успешно участвовать в объявляемых нашим правительством тендерах.
С нетерпением ждем Вашего положительного ответа.

Доводим до Вашего сведения, что наша фирма внимательно рассмотрела Ваше письмо от 10 декабря 20... . Что касается затронутых в письме вопросов, сообщаем Вам, что они были еще раз нами рассмотрены и в связи с этим мы хотели бы проинформировать Вас о следующем:
1. Мы подтверждаем готовность выплачивать комиссионное вознаграждение по контрактам, заключенным при содействии Вашей фирмы, раньше установленного соглашением срока, если стороны подпишут соответствующее дополнение.
Дополнение к соглашению о расширении сотрудничества по выполнению контрактов «под ключ» подготовлено и подлежит согласованию сторонами.
Настоящим письмом мы еще раз доводим до Вашего сведения, что фирма не сможет выплачивать комиссионные только в твердой валюте.
Объединение не может удовлетворить Вашу просьбу о выплате комиссионных по контрактам, заключенным на основе межправительственных соглашений.
Что касается остальных поставленных в Вашем письме вопросов, то они приняты к сведению.

Уважаемые господа!
Мы получили Ваше письмо от ... с предложением услуг в качестве агентов по продаже нашего оборудования в Вашей стране. Должны признать, что Ваше предложение нас заинтересовало. Нам известно, что Ваша фирма имеет многолетний опыт работы в этой области и хорошо знает условия рынка Вашей страны.
Вы предлагаете представлять интересы нашей компании в Вашей стране и изыскивать для нас заказы на продажу нашей продукции.
Однако более всего мы заинтересованы в том, чтобы Вы оказывали нам содействие в участии в торгах, проводимых в Вашей стране.
Что же касается комиссионных, мы считаем, что Вы указываете в своем письме слишком высокий размер комиссионных. Мы обычно выплачиваем комиссионные по скользящей шкале с максимальной величиной комиссионных в 3 %. Платежи за посреднические услуги агентской фирме осуществляются нами в валюте платежей, поступающих от заказчика. Поскольку мы в большинстве случаев предоставляем своим заказчикам право выплаты в рассрочку, комиссионные выплачиваются по мере поступления платежей от заказчиков.
Если вышеупомянутые виды сотрудничества и условия устраивают Вас, сообщите нам об этом, и мы подготовим и вышлем Вам проект Агентского соглашения.
