Inform the firm that you agree to supply the non-standard equipment. But the equipment is not manufactured at your plants now. As you will have to re-export it from another country the customer will have to pay a commission of... per cent.
Inform the firm that you will have to postpone the delivery of the equipment for the 3rd generator as there is a delay in the production of the equipment. The Supplier, 6 months after signing this Contract, shall deliver to the Customer complete equipment for a Heavy-Machine-Building Works with a capacity of... tons with a standard set of spare parts as per Appendix No. 1 to the present Contract. 3. Terms of Delivery
Delivery of the equipment shall be made c.i.f. ... Port, when shipped by fussian ships; and f.o.b. (Russian) Ports when shipped by the Customer's Vessels.
The date of the Bill of Lading for the last consignment of the equipment shall be considered the date of completion of the supplies.
The equipment to be delivered under this Contract shall be considered as delivered by the Supplier and accepted by the Customer:
in respect of quality — in accordance with the Manufacturer's certificate of quality or test-reports of the Manufacturing plant;

The Supplier shall inform by cable the Customer not later than three days after the vessel's departure from the Suppliers' port about the ship's sailing date, the vessel's name, the weight of the equipment shipped, the number of the Bill of Lading and the number of the Contract.
