Miss Bradly: For more than six years before I was dissmised on grounds of redundancy.
Employer: I see. We really need a secretary for our office but we can garanttee a job to you if you give us a letter of recommendation.
Miss Bradly: Yes, I have recommendation from the manager for whom I had to work for some years.
Employer: That’s fine. As our office is doing business with some foreign firms, you are supposed to know a foreign language. Can you speak any other language, Miss Bradly?
Miss Bradly: Yes, I can speak German and besides I am taking French courses and in two years I’ll get a certificate. Employer: All right. We can offer you a position of a secretary in the public relations department. After some formalities you can take it.
