SUMMARY AND CONTENTS OF MONOGRAPH

E.V. USHAKOVA. System philosophy and system-philosophic World scientific picture-on the eve of the third millennium. Barnaul, 1998

New synthetic direction of modern philosophy - system philosophy, and also the latest system-philosophic World Scientific Picture (WSP) are considered, in this monograph. They are the result of the creative interaction of philosophic, general and fundamental scientific knowledge on the eve of the third millennium. The con tribution of different authors - philosophers and scientists - to the elaboration of synthetic directions of modern cognition and knowledge is shown here.

In the first part of the monograph the regularities of logical and historical transformation of cognition and knowledge are shown, the main directions of philosophic knowledge - synthetic (of dualistic character), idealist and materialist -are analysed on their way to modem system philosophy. The evolution of scientific cognition arid forms of WSP, their synthesis in the system-philosophic WSP on the eve of the third millennium are considered. The natural transformation of matter presentations as a subject and methods of its cognition are traced up to the universal World-System (unity of World of Substances and World of energies) in system-philosophic WSP. The variants of system philosophy construction of different authors (Urmantsev, Vinograi, Subetto, Alexeyev, Panin, Sagatovsky, Ushakova and others) are considered. The most important forms of modern WSP (dialectic-materialistic, physical, «classical systemic», systemic-ecological, sinergetic, information and others) are analysed, as well as their integration ways to the system-philosophic WSP. We think, that the universal synthesis of mankind*s knowledge on the eve of the third millennium will be more productive not in the limits of «pure» philosophy or «pure» science but in the unity of general philosophic and scientific knowledge, that is, in the system-philosophic WSP. The general categoria! apparatus of system-philosophic WSP is presented.

In the second part of the monograph, on the basis of generalization of different system philosophy variants, the attempt to construct the genera! system of knowledge in the system-philosophic WSP was carried out on the deductive basis. The system-philosophic regularities of World-System existence (the level of universe) were considered in succession; in me forms of indivisible World, polar World, Cosmos, Biota and Socium, as well as natural and. artificial, objective and subjective Worlds. The regularities of the existence of World Subjects (the level of individual) were revealed in the forms of natural complexes «system-environment»; the general ecological regularities were considered. The World Systems were investigated as the centra! and often active parts of the World Subjects. The general systems classification in WSP as passive and active is presented (the latter - in the form of accumulators and transformers systems). She general systemic regularities in the system-philosophic WSP are considered. The ontological and methodological aspects of the problem are shown.
