Meat

Meat is the most important product of our nourishment. It possesses high culinary qualities. Meat easily combines with different products : vegetables, cereals, macaroni. Beside full-blooded protein it contains fat and so-called extractive substances which conduce to better assimilation of food.

There are different kinds of meat : beef, pork, mutton (lamb)

Beef is good for preparing such fried dishes as beefsteak, beef stroganoff, such chopped dishes as cutlets, rissoles, meat-balls.

Pork has high culinary advantages and great culinary qualities. You can cook different dishes and snacks from pork : pork chop, schnitzel, cutlets.

Mutton (lamb) is very good in fried and stewed state with hot flavourings and spices.
