Functional structure of object AWS includes the following functional subsystems:
stuff alert in the facility and on the premises;
officials alert (using computers);
administration (using computers);
system for controlling the PDO;
information protection from unauthorized access (using computers).
Staff warning subsystem provides functions automation for signaling, communications, command and data channels and one-way staff warning using alert tools.
Officials warning subsystem provides automation of officials warning functions by dial-up connection with end equipment of fixed and mobile communications and transmission of voice or text messages.
Administration subsystem provides automation functions on the configuration parameters of hardware and software systems.
PDO control subsystem provides timely detection of emergency facilities and the transfer of information about the threat to the operator;
Unauthorized access protection subsystem is designed to provide user authentication system functions.
A typical block diagram of object AWS based on radio is shown in Fig - 2.2, based on wire line in Fig - 2.3, a simplified version using LFP and SCU Fig - 2.4, with a minimum version Fig - 2.5.
Possible other variants of objective warning systems using mentioned technical devices in various combinations, with the persistence of a system single algorithm.
Appropriate functional structure is determined at the stage of detailed design after the object testing.
The functionality of object AWS hardware.
WFCP of object AWS performs next functions:
receiving and displaying information about the concentration of hazardous substances;
determination and display of the hazardous chemicals release (if several discharge points is possible);
facility stuff warning;
remote control of MDTWF and warning tools;
officials warning (using computers);
information exchange with regional or district WFCP.
Using computer facility stuff warning shall be effected by management code signals transmission to MDTWF for turning-on of alert and warning signals prove to the staff. To implement functions to staff alert operational duty must have information about the list of MDTWF that should participate in the alert. A visual display on AWP displays the MDTWF installation location.
Information about the MDTWF installation site displayed as contingency plan of an object with established MDTWF. Operational duty selects appropriate MDTWF and sends the alert signal. The WFCP software automatically sends bunt code control signals to the appropriate MDTWF.
In the presence of hardware environmental monitoring system it is provided reception and displaying of information about the contents in the environment chemically hazardous substances and alarm maximum allowable concentrations of hazardous substances, as well as a displaying of the concentration sensors and communication lines.
Using microprocessor control panel facility stuff warning is carried out by the same algorithm as the use of computers, but information on the warning tools locations is missed (small objects do not need it). Operational duty selects and sends a signal alert.
About the result of the code command execution that is taken by MDTWF, a message is displayed on the WFCP, and result of the command displaying is carried by each MDTWF. In case of failure of any MDTWF it is needed to resubmit this command.
To make a stuff warning is expected to use the following alerts:
switching-on of electromechanical or electronic sirens in two modes;
voice message transmission.
Two types of voice messages are used: formalized and operational. To formal belong unified speech messages recorded and stored in the computer. To operational messages belong such that are formed (voiced in microphone) by operational duty during signal alert sending.
Acts of public alert are logged by WFCP computer software, namely:
identifying data of operational duty, which carries alerts;
type of command that is passed;
information about MDTWF, involved in the alert;
results of each MDTWF command execution;
day, time and year of the alert implementation.
