Проведенный анализ предполагал, что разложение матриц совмест­ного упоминания может использоваться для разделения новостных сиг­налов. Новости, соответствующие стабильной части графа, появляют­ся чаще, соответственно, они несут меньше информации. Неожиданные новости, обнаруженные методом, описанным в данной главе, заслужи­вают особого внимания при принятии финансовых и инвестиционных решений. Предлагаемый подход к выбору событийной части может быть использован при разработке алгоритмов обнаружения новых событий в финансово-экономической сфере.

Заключение

В нашем исследовании были рассмотрены разные методы и алго­ритмы совместного анализа новостных и финансовых данных с при­менением теории графовых моделей систем. Реализация поставленной цели предполагала:
– импорт и агрегирование данных, предоставляемых провайдерами
новостной ана литики, разработку методов обработки новостных и
финансовых данных;
– построение графов смежности из разных источников информации
(новостных потоков, настроений новостей, отчетности компаний,
фондовых бирж и др.);
– анализ сетевой структуры графов со-упоминания компаний, графов
отраслевой и географической принадлежности компаний, соответ-
ствующих заданным матрицам сходства (смежности);
– исследование динамики изменения структурных свойств графа со-
упоминания компаний с течением времени;
– разработку новых методов обнаружения экономических и финансо-
вых событий с использованием алгоритма кластеризации на графах.
В исследовании были изучены методы теории графов и соответ­ствующие алгоритмы для анализа данных новостного потока. Граф со­упоминания компаний строился следующим образом: две компании свя­зываются ребром, если за определенный период была опубликована но­вость, упоминающая обе компании. Аналогично строились графы от­раслевой и географической принадлежности компаний.
Основная новизна и научные результаты данного исследования.
1. Были изучены характеристики рыночного графа и графа со-упо­минания компаний с использованием разных метрик Social Network Ana­lysis (SNA) (степень центральности, центральность близости, централь­ность по посредничеству, центральность собственных векторов, частота и т. д.) и найдены ключевые компании. Было показано, что распреде­ление степеней вершин и распределение коэффициентов кластеризации

анализируемых графов подчиняется степенному закону, хотя и с нети­пичными показателями степени. Анализ подграфов, проведенный в раз­резе секторов экономики и территориальной принадлежности, позволил выявить ключевые компании и изучить законы распределения степеней вершин подграфов сетей со-упоминания. Методом QAP анализа были изучены корреляции между сетью со-упоминания и графами, описыва­ющими секторальную (или территориальную) принадлежность.
2. Для расчета максимальной клики и максимального независимого множества для пост роенных нами графов был разработан новый эффек­тивный эвристический алгоритм.
3. На о снове данных новостной аналитики была рассмотрена про­цедура обнаружения экономических и финансовых событий с использо­ванием алгоритма кластеризации на графах, описывающих «близость» новостных сообщений в некоторой метрике. Предполагалось, что важ­ное экономическое и финансовое событие должно привести к каскаду новостей (событие). Каждый такой каскад образует кластер в графе но­востных сообщений, поэтому поиск каскадов (и связанных с ними собы­тий) может быть сведен к проблеме нахождения соответствующих кла­стеров на графе. Предложенный нами алгоритм кластеризации исполь­зует меру сходства между новостями на основе временных и текстовых особенностей новости. Предложен также еще один новый метод обнару­жения событий на основе сети совместного упоминания компаний. Идея метода заключается в том, что более значимые новости должны привле­кать больше внимания и приводить к увеличению интенсивности по­тока новостей. Изменение интенсивности сопутствующих упоминаний можно интерпретировать как сигнал или маркер неожиданных явлений, которые могут затронуть относительно узкий или широкий круг эконо­мических субъектов. Анализ, проведенный в исследовании, предполага­ет, что декомпозиция матриц совместного упоминания может использо­ваться для разделения новостных сигналов. Новости, соответствующие стабильной части графика, появляются чаще, соответственно, они несут меньше информации. Неожиданные новости заслуживают особого вни­мания при принятии финансовых и инвестиционных решений. Предло­женный подход к выбору событийной части может быть использован при разработке алгоритмов обнаружения новых событий в финансово­экономической сфере.
4. В рамках проекта также рассматривались другие прикладные за­дачи, связанные с использованием методов анализа графовых моделей

систем. Практический интерес представляет вопрос о том, насколько по­хожи структуры взаимосвязей, описываемые разными матрицами смеж­ности. Было бы интересно проверить, существует ли взаимозависимость матриц, например совпадают ли со-упоминания компаний в новостных сообщениях с повышением вероятности одновременных шоков цен или шоков волатильности для этих же компаний.
