As a result of the calculations, it follows:
1) graphically present a comparative diagram of the estimated (marginal) cost of construction, the
estimated cost of construction, the initial (maximum) price of the contract (agreement), a firm contract price;
2) analyze deviations of cost indicators.
CONCLUSION
Based on the results of the calculations, a comparative analysis of the cost indicators of the capital
construction object at the stages of implementation of the investment and construction project
pre-project, design and construction should be carried out:
determine the growth rate of cost indicators;
determine the specific cost indicators per 1 m2 of the total area of the building as a whole for
the facility;
determine the specific indicators per 1 m2 of the total area by type of work.
Taking into account the results of calculations, it is necessary to formulate a conclusion about
the cost indicators at the stages of implementation of the investment and construction project.
