ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ
Отличительной чертой XXI века является то, что он назван ЮНЕСКО
«веком полиглотов», т. е. знание не только одного, а нескольких иностранных языков становится необходимым условием образованности в информационном (постиндустриальном) обществе. Следовательно, важнейшим
требованием к уровню и качеству образования любого специалиста, влияющим на его успешное профессиональное продвижение, является знание
иностранных языков и информационных (компьютерных) технологий.
Получение доступа к десяткам тысяч публикаций крупнейших научных издательств содействует развитию потребности у российских ученых
самим публиковаться в них.
В связи с этим на первый план выдвигаются вопросы формирования
у молодых ученых таких компетенций, как владение английским языком на
уровне профессионального общения в академической среде, умение создавать тексты профессионального назначения по результатам выполненных
исследований с учетом специфики исследования и научного издания, владение инфраструктурными навыками научной деятельности и ряд других.
Практическое владение иностранным языком в рамках курса
«Английский язык для аспирантов» предполагает наличие таких умений
в различных видах речевой коммуникации, которые дают возможность
свободно читать оригинальную литературу на иностранном языке в соответствующей отрасли знаний; оформлять извлеченную из иностранных
источников информацию в виде перевода или резюме; делать сообщения,
доклады на иностранном языке, связанные с научной работой, и вести
беседу по специальности.
Настоящее пособие призвано помочь аспирантам в подготовке к сдаче
кандидатского экзамена по иностранному (английскому) языку, в обобщении и систематизации знаний по грамматике английского языка, аннотировании и реферировании. Работа с материалом пособия способствует развитию основных навыков по всем видам речевой деятельности, необходимых и достаточных для осуществления устной и письменной коммуникации, а также навыков и умений перевода специальных научных текстов,
что соответствует требованиям к кандидатскому экзамену по иностранному языку. Рекомендуется к использованию как для самостоятельной, так
и аудиторной работы под руководством преподавателя.
