Времена группы Continuous (Progressive)

Present Continuous (настоящее продолженное)

Описывает:

-действие, совершающееся сейчас, в данный момент. I am eating now (Я ем сейчас, в момент речи);

-действие в процессе. Your French is really getting better! (Твой французский действительно становится лучше);

-действие, которое охватывает отрезок времени в настоящем. She

is doing yoga today from 7 am till 9 am (Она занимается йогой сегодня с семи до девяти утра); - действие, которое запланировано, и при этом нам известны время и

место. I am meeting her tonight ather favourite Italian restaurant (Я встречаюсь с ней сегодня вечером в ее любимом итальянском ресторане);

-действие в ближайшем будущем (с глаголами движения). We are going to the park (Мы идем в парк);

-выражение негативной оценки, раздражения по поводу привычки,

регулярного поведения. He isalways leaving bread crumbs on the table (Он все время оставляет хлебные крошки на столе).

Временные маркеры Present Continuous:

·all the time (все время); -now (сейчас);

-at the moment (в этот момент);

·always (всегда);

·constantly (постоянно).

Вспомогательный глагол Present Continuous: 3 формы TO BE (am, are, is)

В утвердительных и отрицательных формах его можно сократить: am --> ‘m,

are -->’re, is --> ’s; am not

--> ’m not, are not --

> aren’t, is not > isn’t--

! Обращаем внимание на: окончание -ing у глаголов

Пассивный залог для времени Present Continuous образуется по следующей формуле: am, is, are + being + V3

The homework is being done by the students at the moment.

Past Continuous (прошедшее продолженное)

Употребляется в следующих случаях:

продолжительное действие, которое в прошлом происходило в определенный период. She was having coffee with her friend around 12 (Она пила кофе с подругой в 12);

процесс в прошлом, во время которого произошло другое действие I was watching a movie, whensomeone knocked at the door (Я смотрела кино, когда кто-то постучал в дверь);

Временные маркеры Past Continuous:

·all day long (весь день);

·all the time (все время);

·the whole day (целый день);

·from 7 till 11 (с 7 до 11).

Вспомогательный глагол Past Continuous: was/were

В отрицательных формах его можно сократить: was not --> wasn’t, were not -- > weren’t

! Обращаем внимание на: окончание -ing у глаголов

Пассивный залог для времени Past Continuous образуется по следующей формуле: was/were + being + V3

The homework was being done by the students from 5 to 7 p.m. yesterday.

Future Continuous (будущее продолжительное)

Обозначает процесс в будущем и употребляется, когда мы говорим о:

-продолжительном действии, которое будет происходить в определенный момент в будущем. This time next Monday she will be running her first marathon. (В ближайший понедельник в это время она будет бежать свой первый марафон).

-процессе, на фоне которого в будущем произойдет другое, более короткое действие. I will be sleeping when my friends from France arrive to Moscow.

буду спать, когда мои друзья из Франции прилетят в Москву).

Временные маркеры Future Continuous:

·at 5 o'clock tomorrow (в пять часов завтра);

·at this moment next week (в этот момент на следующей неделе);

·in an hour (через час);

·this time tomorrow (в это же время завтра) и т. п.

Вспомогательный глагол Future Continuous: will be

В утвердительных и отрицательных формах его можно сократить: will be -->

‘ll be, will not be --> won’t be

! Обращаем внимание на: окончание -ing у глаголов
