THE ORGANIZATION OF THE SPECIAL-PURPOSE TERRITORIES

(DOMESTIC SOLID DISPOSAL TIPS)

Abstract. With the increase in population, the growth of technological progress and the increasing needs of humankind annually increases the amount of municipal solid waste (MSW), which should be scrapped. MSW is one of the important effects of humanity on the environment. For landfills to dispose wastes, large areas of land should be allocated.Nowadays, the value of land near cities is high, it is more efficient for other purposes, both from an environmental point of view and from the perspective of economic efficiency, however, the construction of the MSW landfill far from populated areas economically inexpedient.To date, the selection of land for MSW landfills is relevant and requires new approaches and solutions.

Abstract. The problems of degradation of lands of agricultural purposes are reflected in the article. The need for the acceptance of the security measures for maintenance of a qualitative condition of farmlands and prevention of the negative processes reducing level of fertility is specified.

The author has suggested reviving the system of forecasting and project documentation, project organization of the territory in the area of agricultural land in order to ensure the rational use and protection of lands.

Abstract. The article deals with the organization of banking services on the Internet, the concept of network banking, briefly describes the history of the creation of the first Internet-banking subsystem, the stages of technology development of the homebanking, their characteristics and features. The authors consider the advantages of using the Internet-banking for banks and customers, as well as the problems of using Internetbanking from quite simple human-factor to global problems, which can lead to the creation or improvement of banking technologies to address emerging issues. The prospects for the development of the Internetbanking has been shown in the paper.

Abstract. The necessity for timely information about the comparative data on the efficiency of production processes, identifying needs and ways to reduce production costs and product value is relevant. More efficient and more profitable to produce some kind of agricultural production in areas where it is of low cost and high efficiency, but it is desirable to provide the population of the territory with its own manufactured products, in order to eliminate dependence on supplies from outside. Calculations that show the ability to address these challenges have been made.

THE USE OF ECONOMIC-MATHEMATICAL MODELS IN INFORMATION

SYSTEMS

Abstract. In the article, the questions of the use of economic-mathematical models in information systems are considered. The place of modeling in software of information systems is shown. The scheme of process of mathematical modeling in information system is submitted. The role of economic-mathematical modeling as instrument of improvement of various parties of economic activity of society is allocated. Some models which can be used at the enterprises on various phases of management are presented. The point of view of the author is presented that in the majority of the higher education institutions that train bachelors of the economic directions, and also in the courses "Applied Informatics", "Business informatics" in educational process, as well as in final qualification works the questions of the use of economic-mathematical models in information systems are given insufficient attention. Models of business processes of optimization of the production program of an enterprise, optimization of schedule diagrams, balances of production and consumption, optimization of transportations are given in the notation of IDEF0 developed with the use of CASE-of means of Erwin Process Modeler, in AS-IS and TO-BE situations.

CALCULATION METHODS OF ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF IT-PROJECTS

Abstract. In the article, methods of calculating economic efficiency of IT projects are considered. Calculation procedures without discounting and with discounting (the accounting of change of money in time) are presented. The first technique contains calculation of labor and cost indexes before the IT-project introduction. The income gained at the expense of the introduction of the project and the expense for the design, the introduction and the project maintenance pay off are calculated. On the basis of these indicators, the economic effect of the introduction of the project and a project payback period pays off are determined. The calculations can be carried out both traditionally and with the use of the ABC analysis which has been built in the CASE-means of Erwin Process Modeler. The second technique provides the calculation of indicators on the basis of the financial methods, allowing considering variability of money in time: the net provided in-

come, discounted payback period of investments, the internal standard of profitability and profitability index. Techniques can be used at calculation of economic efficiency both during the practical works at the introduction of IT projects and in final qualification works of bachelors and masters in the courses "Applied Informatics", "Business informatics", "Information Systems and Technologies".

THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR EVALUATION OF DESTRUCTIVE ACTION OF MICROWAVE RADIATION ON THE MEANS OF COMMUNICATION AND COMMUNICATIONS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract. Now, the powerful sources of the microwave radiation of civil and military purposes are a serious destructive factor for various means of communication and communications of government bodies of various levels. Powerful microwave pulses can incapacitate communications in a variety of instrumentation and control systems. In the article one of the parts of the developed complex mathematical model for evaluating destructive effect of the microwave radiation on means of communication is considered. The problem definition, basis of the mathematical model, some results of calculations and the further directions of the research are presented.

THE PROBLEM OF COMPLEX TESTING TO ASSESS THE LEVEL OF

EDUCATION

Abstract.The article considers the current widespread problem of the complex testing. Computers today evaluate people, predetermining their aptitude to material prosperity, their destiny. Evaluation relates not only the intelligence, but also the formation of the whole person, complex and multidimensional and multilevel system proper-

ties and abilities. Training and education - these are different concepts. The fact, that a person is educated, is a graduate degree. But a diploma is not the fact of education of a certain individual. We conducted a small survey among students to analyze and summarize some statistics in term of the issue of comprehensive testing. After analyzing the results, we can keep track of a paradox: students prefer testing, but do not consider such an objective evaluation method, and if they were asked to evaluate the candidates themselves, they are in the majority chose to talk, rather than testing.

Abstract. It is complicated to determine the surplus value while examining the economical efficiency received by means of the information system use. The efficiency of the information system use in higher educational process needs to be examined from a perspective of its main participants: students, professors and teachers stuff, administration, other subdivisions’ employees, suppliers of the educational resources and consumers of the higher education institutions’ work. Higher education institutions must prepare personnel for corporations of the real economic sector, which are definitely are the main consumers of the higher education results. During this process it is necessary to study commercial versions of the software or functional analogues of them. An employer must participate extensively in the specialist educational process, so graduate after getting the diploma would be ready for the independent professional work.

STUDENT PORTFOLIOS AS A WAY TO ASSESS THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION

Abstract. This article describes a way of assessing the quality of education – student portfolio, which measures achievements in various activities during training at university, as well as acquired competences. Portfolio allows you to collect, organize and record the results of the development of the student to demonstrate their abilities and achievements, as well as is used to monitor competences in accordance with labor market needs. Using portfolio analysis provides a more comprehensive and deeper appreciation of the achievements of students, compared to traditional marks in the record books and diplomas. Due to the fact, that the portfolio is multidimensional and variable in content and structure, a variant of the structure of the student portfolio has been proposed in the paper. It is possible to evaluate the results achieved by activities such as educational, scientific and social ones. A portfolio provides reflection on the results and collects feedback, reviews and recommendations on student achievement not only teachers and colleagues, but also potential employers. Thus, the formation of a portfolio allows you based on a thorough understanding of the system to analyze and summarize the results of the students’ performance, as well as to identify areas for further their professional development.
