RUSSIAN FOLK RAG CEREMONIAL DOLLS

The article is devoted the creation of Russian folk rag ceremonial dolls. The relevance of the work is that it is important to preserve our national Russian culture and ancient traditions of Russian people.

Russian folk ceremonial dolls are important to understand Russian culture. They are its element. These dolls have always helped to protect people from troubles as Russian people believed.

The attempts to create Russian rag folk ceremonial dolls will help us to preserve our national culture and the traditions of our ancestors.

The object of the research is the Russian rag folk ceremonial doll. In particular, we research the Bell doll, the Loving dolls and Ceremonial dolls (Zernovushka).

The aim of the research is:

-to study Russian rag folk ceremonial dolls;

-to create the Bell doll, the Loving dolls and Ceremonial dolls (Zernovushka).

-to describe the process of creation.

For a long time, a rag doll was a traditional toy of Russian people. The game of dolls was encouraged by adults, because playing them, the child learned to keep house, gained an image of a family. The doll was not just a toy, but a symbol of procreation, the key to family happiness.

It accompanied the person from birth to death and was an indispensable attribute of any holiday. Now 90 types of folk ceremonial dolls are known.

The folk rag doll was not just a toy. It carried a certain function in itself: it was believed that such a doll protected children's sleep and protected children from evil forces. Often the doll was made faceless. In the toys that fathers and mothers, grandmothers and grandfathers created for their children, they put their love and wisdom.

In my research work I decided to create three types of dolls: Zernovushka, Bell, Loving dolls [Pic.1].

I have developed a number of criteria which my work must correspond to. The dolls must be

1.Small

2.Bright

3.Neatly made

4.Made from natural material

5.Time to complete is 1 hour

6.Easy to manufacture

to make them attractive, authentic and safe to use. It is important to choose only eco-friendly materials. Besides, it is rather significant not to paint a doll’s face because ancient people believed that evil spirits can dwell the doll in other case.

Planning and preparation includes:

-Cloth purchasing

-The technological algorithm of manufacturing

-Safety regulations when manufacturing the dolls

Before buying a fabric, you need to calculate how much material is required for sewing the product. Before you buy fabric you need to calculate one.

1.Take any fabric to impose a pattern in order to draw a sketch.

2.We calculate by the following formula

In conclusion it is necessary to emphasize that it was an interesting theoretical and practical job to study and create Russian folk rag ceremonial dolls. It is significant not only to preserve ancient Russian traditions but also it also teaches children to do something useful with their own hands. Besides, these dolls can serve as a perfect present to your nearest and dearest.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL CONSCIOUSNESS IN RUSSIAN

SOCIETY

The article is devoted to one of the topical issues of law. Russian Constitution states that the construction of a new system of modern Russian society involves the formation of a civil state, based on the priority of law. However, a legal state cannot be built without a social base, which must be based on the consciousness of people living in this society.

In Russian society there is a serious problem of legal consciousness formation. Legal consciousness develops and changes depending on the legal and social conditions under which it is realized.

The relevance of the research is that the question of sense of justice is one of the central questions in the theory of state and law. Recently, interest in legal consciousness has increased due to the development of society.

Thus, the object of the research is the development of legal consciousness in modern Russian society.

The aim of the research is to study the legal consciousness development in Russian society and to explain cases of legal consciousness breakage with the help of formal-logical approach.

The tasks are to research the notion of “legal consciousness” in legal science; to study the structure of legal consciousness; to analyze the factors influencing legal consciousness development; to trace the ways of legal consciousness development in Russia.

Legal consciousness is a set of ideas, feelings, which express the right and activity of people associated with it.

In legal science, legal consciousness is a set of ideas about the world from the point of view of law. These ideas motivate legal behavior. Studying the behavior of an individual, social groups and society we are faced with the phenomena of legal awareness.

In society there are social institutions and organizations engaged in legal education: family, school, universities, the media, the Church. Various means are used for this: literature, art, cinema, print, radio, television, sermons and others. As society develops, more and more advanced forms of educational work are being sought.

Modern lawyers in their studies pay attention to different aspects of the formation of legal awareness and legal culture of people. In Russian moral law has always dominated legal law. To act according to the laws of conscience, and not according to written laws, was generally accepted in Russia.

433

Now let us consider the example of violation of law in Russia. It is the case of illegal drug manufacturing. In 2018, the prosecutor's office of Tatarstan reported that the Soviet District Court of Kazan passed a sentence in a criminal case on illegal pharmaceutical activities, the 57-year-old head of one of Kazan companies is involved in the case. Professor of Kazan National Research Technological University, Doctor of Chemistry N. He was accused of illegal production of drugs. He in the laboratory of the university organized an underground production of fake medicine. For two years, drugs cost more than 2.2 million rubles have been produced. The court appointed a penalty of 300 thousand rubles.

In conclusion it is necessary to mark that legal consciousness is a necessary creative factor in the formation of positive law. Now the main attention should be directed at changing priorities: from the previous system “state - society - person” to a new system of relations “person - society - state”.

Legal consciousness demands special importance and value in modern Russian society. Its legal system seeks to consolidate and implement the generally permissive type of legal regulation as the most effective for progressive and irrational development.

The analysis of the formation and development of the Russian legal consciousness made in the study makes it possible to develop the system of measures aimed at increasing the effectiveness of state policy in this area, since the effectiveness of the state management system depends on the level of legal awareness of workers.

ESTIMATION OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INFLUENCE ON

ADOLESCENTS' HEALTH

Currently, many adolescents stop monitoring themselves which leads to the development of many diseases. Therefore, the topic of assessing physical development of adolescents is especially relevant.

At each stage of individual development, the body of children and adolescents is a harmonious whole with the inherent features of the structure of the cardiovascular system, musculoskeletal system and certain anthropometric data.

Numerous studies in recent years show that about 25-30% of children coming to first grades have some kind of deviation in health status. During the period of study at school, the number of healthy children decreases by 4 times, the number of short-sighted children increases from grade 1 to graduation from 3.9 to 12.3%, with neuropsychiatric disorders - from 5.6 to 16.4%, and impaired posture - from 1.9 to 16.8%. One of the most common pathologies in schoolchildren is a violation of visual acuity, which in some regions of Russia amounts to 30-40% 1

The state of modern man depends not only on external conditions, but also on his own attitude to health. Therefore, the development of such an attitude is the most important condition for the improvement of society. Many people, especially children, are inattentive to their health, do not know how to understand themselves and their bodies, and take into account his needs, which are always objective (delusion is a property of the psyche, but not the body).

The purpose of the study is to evaluate physical development of adolescents.

The object of study is the physical development of adolescents. Research objectives are to:

Assess physical development in adolescents.

Identify exercise routines.

The course of the experimental work was as follows.

1. A sample was made of adolescents who measured different indicators (height, weight, lung volume, arm strength).

2.Then the subjects were asked to perform physical exercises.

3.Then we measured the indicators and compared with each other.

To begin with, we took people from 13 to 15 years old, measured their indicators (height, weight, lung capacity, arm strength). Then he conducted a set of physical exercises with them to identify physical development in adolescents.

435

Express Assessment Method of physical health of students runs as follows. Body length is measured using a height meter. The examined person stands at attention, touching the vertical rack with heels, buttocks and the interscapular

region. The head is set so that the outer corner of the eye and the tragus of the auricle are in the same horizontal line. The sliding bar is lowered to touch the top of the head, without exerting pressure. Body weight is determined by weighing on a medical scale.

The examinee calmly stands in the middle of the weighing pad with the rocker arm closed. Then the castle opens, and first moving the large weight, and then the small weight, sets the body weight.

JELL (vital capacity of the lungs) is determined using a dry or water spirometer.

The subject first takes 2–3 free test breaths and exhales, then takes the maximum breath, takes the mouthpiece into his mouth, clutching it tightly with his lips and at the same time holding his nose with the fingers of his free hand, makes a calm, smooth, maximum possible exhalation for about 5 seconds. The procedure is repeated three times with an interval of half a minute. Register the highest rate.

Heart rate (heart rate) is determined by palpation or auscultation, and better with a digital heart rate monitor.

At first, in conditions of muscle rest (sitting), then after functional tests with loads (Roufier and PWC 170).

Blood pressure (arterial pressure) is measured by the Korotkov method in the position of the subject sitting.

If Hell is measured with a standard cuff, then schoolchildren from 7 to 10 years old with normal physical development should add 10 mm RT to the obtained systolic pressure. Art., overweight students add 5 mm RT. Art., with a deficit of body weight +15 mm RT. Art., and 11-year-olds, respectively, 5 + 5, +0, +10 mm RT. Art. In case of registration of high blood pressure in a student (random initial pressure), it is necessary to put the child on the couch and after 10-15 minutes measure blood pressure in the supine position (residual more accurate blood pressure).

The breath holding time is determined in the sitting position.

After a full inhalation and exhalation, the subject takes a normal breath and holds his breath, holding his nose with his fingers.

The breath holding time (Stange test) is recorded by a stopwatch.

A functional test of Ruthier with standard physical activity is carried out as follows. After resting in a sitting position, the subject counts the pulse for 15 s (P1) and suggests that he perform an AO of deep squats for 45 s, throwing his hands forward. Then he immediately sits down and his pulse is calculated for the first 15 s (P2) and the last 15 s (P3) of the first minute of the recovery period.

Sample of Shapovalov. After some rest, a test is carried out, which consists in counting the number of torso lifts into a gray without hands from the supine

436

position. The examinee lies on the mat, the legs are slightly bent at the knees, the partner holds the feet. The total number of landings from a prone position for 60 s is recorded. The task of the subject is to make as many ascents as possible. As a result of the study, the following conclusions can be drawn: if, on a regular basis, a person goes in for sports, then his physical indicators are much higher. And if you develop the correct method of physical exercise, you can develop your body well physically.

PLANTS COMPATIBILITY

In the current state of cultivated land, instability of climatic conditions, the emergence of new plant diseases, the problem of finding ways to increase productivity and crop quality remains an urgent one.

Of course, new technologies must meet all environmental safety requirements, be cost-effective and efficient.

And here you can recall one of the environmental laws of the American ecologist Barry Commoner "Nature knows better."

Plants have long learned how to independently defend themselves against enemies and improve their own habitat on their own.

There is a specific form of biotic relationships expressed in the interaction plant organisms in phytocenoses - allelopathy.

In the process of their life, the influence of plants on each other can be different, including depressing. The fact is that each inhabitant of the flora, to one degree or another, is capable of releasing chemicals that are not always to the taste of its neighbors. This is an integral part of the struggle for the existence of plants in the wild, where they protect themselves and their place under the sun on their own. To guarantee their safety, they release chemicals through the root system and leaves, and through rainfall or watering, harmful substances spread to other plantings and bring them harm, and sometimes benefit.

There are four main groups of substances that are responsible for allelopathy, they include: antibiotics; colins; slobbers; volatile production.

antibiotics - secreted by microorganisms, serve to suppress the vital activity of other microorganisms;

marasmins - secreted by microorganisms, serve to suppress the vital activity of higher plants;

volatile production - secreted by higher plants, serve to suppress the vital activity of microorganisms;

437

• colins - secreted by higher plants, serve to suppress the vital activity of other higher plants.

Allelopathy can occur in a positive, negative and neutral form.

The worst option for a gardener is when the representatives of the flora on his plot are quite aggressive and have a negative effect through the soil on all of its inhabitants. This can be manifested by growth retardation, low productivity or plant death. Substances are able to accumulate for a sufficiently long period and manifest themselves for a rather long time.

They are able to favorably influence their neighbors, increasing their productivity to the maximum, improve development and rooting, in fact, in every way contribute to the process of life. At the same time, they are able to destroy weeds and repel pests.

Plants that maintain neutrality do not pose any danger, but also do not bring benefits to each other.

For many years, when growing agricultural plants, the principles of crop rotation have been respected.

Crop rotation scientifically based alternation of agricultural crops in the fields and in time,

contributing to the restoration and improvement of soil fertility.

Dmitry Nikolayevich Pryanishnikov, Russian agricultural chemist, identified 4 reasons for the need for crop rotation:

1.Biological order (reduction of soil contamination by weeds, diseases and

pests),

2.Agrophysical order (optimal structure of the arable soil layer),

3.Agrochemical order (provision of soil with necessary nutrients),

4.Economic order (placement of cultivated crops, taking into account the remoteness of crop production from consumers, in particular, energy-intensive fodder crops are placed near livestock farms)

Allelopathy is also used for insurance of plant cargo that must be transported. Incompatibility of plants is considered a high risk factor, which can affect profits.

Examples from the compatibility table for my garden: last year's garden Peppers and eggplant after garlic and onions are a good combination.

Zucchini after pepper and eggplant is a bad combination. Garlic is a medium combination after pepper and eggplant and bad after garlic. Onions are a good combination after zucchini and carrots, and after tomatoes and beets, the average combination. Greens after greens is an average combination. Beets after beets are a bad combination, and after carrots an average combination. Tomatoes after carrots are a good combination. Tomatoes after onions of garlic, zucchini and beets are an average combination. Beans after garlic a good combination

Conclusion: Allelopathy and crop rotation greatly affect the quality and quantity of the crop. The evidence for the importance of allelopathy can be a bean crop. Conversely, the good location of the eggplant and pepper allowed them to

438

bring a very good harvest. A good example of crop rotation is a crop of zucchini and garlic. And a good harvest can be considered a crop of onions and tomatoes because of their not bad location for crop rotation.

WORLD HERITAGE SITES

There are a lot of historical sites in the world. It is not only interesting but also important to study them to preserve them for future generations.

Thus, the object of the research is world historical sites, in particular the Acropolis of Athens, the city of Bath, Agra in India and the Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg.

The Acropolis of Athens is the most famous acropolis in the world. A flattopped rock in the middle of the city, rising 150 meters above sea level, the Acropolis has been a place of importance for thousands of years. It has several famous buildings on top of its summit, the most notable being the Parthenon, a temple erected in the 6th century BC to honor the Greek goddess Athena. The Acropolis is a magnificent site, a true testament to the glory that was Ancient Greece [Picture 1].

Pic. 1 the Acropolis

Bath in England is another famous world sight. The city of Bath, a World Heritage Site, was originally founded by the Romans, who built baths and a temple around the natural hot springs that occur in this part of the Avon valley. But it was in the 18th century when Bath became one of the most fashionable places in England, as the aristocracy and the wealthy gathered there to enjoy the
