Abstract. The market, as a system, always has its own specific features. With a variety of common to all structures are the goals of their participants. For producers of goods or services it is a profit. For consumers-is to benefit from the consumption of goods. At the same time, all participants strive to optimize the results of their interaction. One of the directions of such optimization is the formation of market barriers to the emergence of new competitors in the market. Modeling of this process is of particular interest.
