Abstract. In article algorithms of operational planning of the production program of construction sites with the insignificant output, planning of loading of the groups of the equipment defining bottlenecks, distribution of the program of production on the periods of year in group of the interconnected various crews are considered, are multicriteria and, as a rule, have big dimension. For their decision imitating approach which is based on parametrization of several rules of preference following from requirements of production and based on obtaining the ordered rules of shift of elements of a set on each of rules is offered
