Abstract. This article discusses the process of modeling the logistics of the enterprise on the example of LLC KNAUF. The proposed model is the best solution for diversified supplies and has the following positive factors:

1)the stock of each product in the warehouse is not higher than the set value of the maximum stock;

2)to minimize losses in the event of a shortage of goods;

3)the value of the average stock of goods in stock is reduced compared with independent deliveries, which leads to a reduction in costs for the use of warehousing;

4)reduced delivery costs, because All goods are delivered in one delivery, which is filled to the maximum.
