De Stoner
"Spectrum De-stoners" or grain separators are a highly functional destoner machinery and have found several applications such as separating heavier materials like stones, glass, metal etc. from food grains and other dry granular material.
The principle that lies behind its functioning is the stratification of the product into heavier and lighter fractions by introducing air through the bed of material. This is possible if there is a means of pressure fans located in the body of the machine, below the vibrating deck.
The vibrating deck pushes the heavier material which is in contact with the deck upwards towards the stone discharge spout. The lighter material flows down the inclined, vibrating deck and exits through the clean product spout.
It is possible to individually adjust the inclination of the vibrating deck, speed of eccentric motion, feed rate and the air flow in order to achieve the optimum degree of separation. There is a wide variety of deck screens available to suit specific applications. All adjustments are easy and require minimum operator training.
Features of de stoner:
It is possible to connect to a central aspiration system.
Clean product and stone discharge spouts are provided with it.
Product viewing is facilitated through a window.
Has an adjustable deck inclination and vibrating speed.
Air flow and feed rate can be easily controlled.

Conveyor Belt
Spectrum Conveyor Belt are perfect to be used for horizontal conveying called as horizontal conveyor belts which are there of a variety of materials like food grains, cereals and other granular products and are of modular design. It contains two rotary drums with a large conveyor belt running between them.
Features:
It involves the usage of multi-ply 'N'-PVC coated belts for conveying food grade material. Number of plies changes based on length and capacity of the conveyor.
Drums are put on universal life time lubricated swivel bearings and are driven by a motor along with a Worm Reduction gear box. The non-driven drum can be adjusted for better tensioning of the belt.
They are put on pillow block bearings for free movement of the belt.
It is provided with side skirting to prevent spillage of material over the sides as well as clogging of the conveyor.
Design:
Drive arrangements is mounted on a separate bed for mobility.
Modular design of the conveyor frame allows add ons.
Optional electronic time delay relay for controlling on-time and off-time of belt run for hand picking of products.
