9.Teaching as a profession

There lots of different professions and jobs for all the people around the world. All of them are different and require different skills and psychological features and not all the people are suitable for all the professions what means that one should think carefully before choosing the job because it must be the one that you'd be truly fond of, the one you'd be really glad to do every day during many years.

As for me, I think that the best choice for me is the path of a teacher. First of all, I think it's the only job requiring constant studying (except may be the path of a scientist, but I'm not really fond of science to tell the truth) and that is what I like most. But as constant solely studying is rather useless there's no other way as to pass the knowledge to the others. So as the main field of my interest includes foreign languages mainly what I'd like to do in life is to be a teacher of foreign languages.

Now talking about the qualities that make a good teacher I'd name the perfect knowledge of the svibiect, the will to pass your knowledge successfully, the will to communicate and get on well with other people, the patience and creativity. All of those are important because being a teacher means communicating a lot with other people, as a rule of different ages, religions, personalities, etc., and a teacher has to take a great amount of things into account for achieving the result he/she is working for.

All those points listed above mean that creativity is one of the most important features for a teacher. Dull academic lessons are uninteresting and the teacher's work is to diversify them and make fun and productive for every one. A teacher also should think about a suitable approach towards every student because all of us are different and acquire the information in different ways and with different speed.

In whole teaching is a very specific and difficult job, requiring a lot of passion, devotion, dedication. It also means a great responsibility - you should be very sure of what you do and say because the main part of the knowledge on some particular subject a person gains is mainly the information the teachers themselves pass - so you must be sure the thing you know are right. So being a teacher has on of the greatest missions - to favour the development of people's knowledge and education thus influencing the whole development and moving forward of the humanity.

10.Environmental issues

Our environment is something that surrounds us and thus something that is together with us during all our lives. That's why environmental issues are among the most important in our lives, they should be thought and cared a lot about.

One of the most important ecological problems is though to be global warming. Some scientists even think of it as a real disaster. Global warming itself is the situation when the ice cover of the planet starts melting thus causing the rising of the water level of all the rivers, seas and oceans. In whole such situation may cause the total flood everywhere and possibly many other disasters.

Those in support of this theory produce such doubtful proofs as the constant rise of temperature (especially in winter) all around the earth. As for me I don't really believe in seriousness of possible global warming and the effects of it. That is mainly because I really can't notice that rise of the temperature which is talked about so much - here in Russia we still have cold winters with extremely cold temperatures sometimes.

The other ecological problems of great concern nowadays are the air pollution, the water pollution, the rubbish problem and a lot has to be done to protect our planet from those problems mainly and from many others of course. The main reason for that is the fact that unhealthy ecological situation deeply affects our health; the environmental pollution may cause even some kind of dangerous impact on it. So for preventing such negative situation a lot has to be done to protect our planet. And even though people themselves may do a lot of harm to the environment their negative impact is much more less than that of the factories, plants and all other industrial facilities. So the main activities must be produced by those organizations in connection with the governments and help and support of most part of the people, of course.

Talking about myself exactly I can say that try to be as much eco-friendly as possible. I try using water and electricity as economically as possible, I don't scatter the rubbish around outside and if there was a system of assorting the rubbish in our country I would be glad to be the part of it.
