You are in the office of the Sales and Marketing Director. You discuss what sort of things motivates people to do their job well.

b) You are the Sales and Marketing Director at PM Kazakhstan. You are having a conversation with the Sales Manager, who leads the team of sales people responsible for ten sales areas. You want to know how things are going on in the team.
