b) You are the Chairman of a bank. The bank receives many requests for financial assistance. If you like your customer’s project, you lend a loan to his/her firm or invest money in it in return of shareholding. Give your customer some options.

a) The company you work for is planning to transfer you overseas. You phone your colleague who has just arrived from there.
