Chapter 1 raises the issue of the creation of the new venture. It put forward hypotheses to set a conception in problem solving, which is encountered by entrepreneur before the first profitable quarterly report. It displays purpose and objectives of this Thesis that cover from authors point of view all the most important questions of validity of existence of specific business. Methods and approaches for mastering concept and business planning are also discovered in this Chapter. They briefly outline techniques and sources of business information used by researcher (planner) while developing the idea of the new business project.
Chapter 2 includes the basic theoretical knowledge building essential concepts, models and principles in entrepreneurship, consulting, marketing and business planning of the new venture. Theoretical framework is made for introduction of practical ideas of starting this venture and maintaining its continuous growth.
Essential information about the new business followed in the Chapter 3. It focuses on description of the company, service concepts, positioning features, primary and secondary services.
