1.4 Outline of the Master thesis

The Thesis consists of six Chapters outline of which displays on the following Figure.

CHAPTER 1. INTRODUCRION

CHAPTER 2. THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK

CHAPTER 3.

COMPANY IDEA

CHAPTER 4.

MARKET ANALYSIS

CHAPTER 5. BUSINESS PLAN OF THE NEW VENTURE

CHAPTER 6. CONCLUSION.

Chapter 1 raises the issue of the creation of the new venture. It put forward hypotheses to set a conception in problem solving, which is encountered by entrepreneur before the first profitable quarterly report. It displays purpose and objectives of this Thesis that cover from authors point of view all the most important questions of validity of existence of specific business. Methods and approaches for mastering concept and business planning are also discovered in this Chapter. They briefly outline techniques and sources of business information used by researcher (planner) while developing the idea of the new business project.

Chapter 2 includes the basic theoretical knowledge building essential concepts, models and principles in entrepreneurship, consulting, marketing and business planning of the new venture. Theoretical framework is made for introduction of practical ideas of starting this venture and maintaining its continuous growth.

Essential information about the new business followed in the Chapter 3. It focuses on description of the company, service concepts, positioning features, primary and secondary services.

Market analysis in Chapter 4 is a brief research for understanding the company competiveness on the market and makes conclusion about its long-term market prospective.

Chapter 5 Business plan displays organizational, strategic and financial benefits of the new venture project to management and investors.

Chapter 6 finalizes the Thesis and discloses the most important points about theoretical and practical findings of the new venture establishment. These findings summarize answers to the purpose and objectives of the Thesis and make review of the Marktune concept. The Chapter introduces questions for future work.

2. Theoretical framework

2.1 Entrepreneurship in business services

To get insight into business planning of the new venture the researcher and business venturer discovered features of being the owner of its own firm. The theoretical insight into entrepreneurship becomes necessary for recourse and organization planning in business planning. For the purposes of the introduction and expanding business the researcher makes an investigation and outlines the following points of being an entrepreneur:

  • Initial affordability of an entrepreneur and an entrepreneurial team for the purpose of start-up accommodation;

  • Nature of decision making while being entrepreneur: displays the ability to take the risks and gain the economical value;

  • Mindsets for the inception of the new venture: making the psychological, sociological, philosophical advances to manage possible inconveniences in business plan implementation and to receive ground and spirit of new history embrace;

  • Approach to the company extension and pattern to eliminate the company growth risks.

The universal points frame mathematical, verbal efforts and reporting to master skills and gain thorough ambitions of the team members.
