My House

lovely old fireplace. There`s a garden in front of the house. The garden goes down to the beach and in spring and summer there are flowers everywhere.

I live alone with my dog, Boxer, but we have a lot of visitors. Many of my friends work in the city, so they often stay with me because they want to relax.

I love my house for many reasons: the garden, the flowers in summer, the fire in winter, but the best thing is the view from my bedroom window.

c. NB! The Present Simple Tense is used in the subordinate clauses of time, condition and concession instead of the Future Simple after the conditions when, till, until, as soon as, before, after, if, unless, in case, on condition that, provided, even if.

Examples: I’ll see him before I go to bed.

If he gets a good rest, he’ll be his usual self tomorrow.
