·North-east: relationships with Russian Federation. Not always on an international scene the interests of Ukraine and Russia coincide. But opposition of these countries is dangerous for them. Therefore signing of Agreement about friendship, collaboration and partnership between Ukraine and Russian Federation in 1997 is examined as one of the most essential international events.

·South-east: this direction is one of most perspective, because through the East Europe countries the Ukraine can strengthen the authority in world.

Presently Ukraine is acknowledged more than by 140 states of world. She actively co-operates in area of science, education, culture with ten countries.
