Select User defined from the Mass transfer model list to use a user defined value or

expression for the mass transfer mgl that is entered in the Mass transfer from gas to liquid field (SI unit: kg/(m3·s)).

Boundary Conditions for the Bubbly Flow Interfaces

For the liquid flow variables the following boundary types are available for The Bubbly Flow Interfaces and described under the Boundary Conditions for the Single-Phase Flow Interfaces:

Wall (the default boundary condition feature)

Inlet

Outlet

Symmetry

In addition to the boundary conditions above for the liquid, the following boundary conditions for the gas are available for all boundary condition types except symmetry:

Gas concentration (the default condition for inlets)

Gas outlet (the default condition for outlets)

Gas flux

Symmetry

No gas flux (the default condition for walls)

For 2D axisymmetric models, COMSOL Multiphysics takes the axial symmetry boundaries (at r = 0) into account and automatically adds an Axial Symmetry feature to the model that is valid on the axial symmetry

boundaries only.
