Форма прошедшего времени группы Simple

Утвердительная форма прошедшего времени группы Simple образуется:

1. для правильных глаголов – путем прибавления суффикса –ed к основе глагола;

2. для неправильных глаголов – путем использования формы прошедшего времени.

Вопросительная и отрицательная формы этого времени включают вспомогательный глагол did и инфинитив смыслового глагола.

Утвердительное предложение
		We		went	to London	last month
		He		studied	English	two years ago
		They		were	at the office	yesterday
Вопросительное предложение
	Did		we	go	to London	last month?
Where	did		we	go		last month?
	Did		he	study	English	two years ago?
What language	did		he	study		two years ago?
	Were		they		at the office	yesterday?
Отрицательное предложение
		We		did not go	to London	last month
		He		did not study	English	two years ago
		They		were not	at the office	yesterday
