9. Arbitration

9.1. Any disputes or differences which may arise out of the present contract, in connection either with it or with its termination or invalidity, shall be referred for settlement to the international Commercial Arbitration Court at the R.F. Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Moscow.

9.2. The arbitration investigation will be carried out in accordance with the Regulations of Procedure of the aforesaid Court. The parties agree to refer to the law of Russia for settlement of disputes or differences which may arise out of the present contract or in connection here with.

9.3. The awards of this Arbitration Court shall be both parties.

10. Другие условия

10.1. Ни одна из сторон не имеет права передавать права и обязательства по Контракту какой-либо третьей стороне без письменного согласия другой стороны.

10.2. При исполнении условий настоящего Контракта стороны используют телексную или факсимильную связь.

10.3. После подписания настоящего Контракта все предыдущие переговоры и переписка по нему теряют силу.

10.4. Все расходы, связанные с банковскими комиссиями и таможенным оформлением в странах отправления принимает на себя Продавец, а в стране получения - Покупатель.

10.5. Любые изменения и/или дополнения к Контракту действительны в том случае, если они совершены в письменной форме и подписаны надлежащим образом уполномоченными представителями обеих сторон.

10.6. Настоящий Контракт вступает в силу с даты его подписания и действует до полного взаиморасчета сторон.

10.7. Контракт составлен в 2-х экземплярах на русском и английском языках идентичными текстами, однако при разрешении споров за основу принимается текст на русском языке.

10. Other condition

10.1. Neither party here to shall have the right to assign the rights and duties here of under the present Contract to any third party with out a written consent of the other party.

10.2. In performance of the present Contract the parties may use telex or facsimile communication.

10.3. After the signing of the present Contract all previous negotiations and correspondence relative here to become null and void.

10.4. All expenses arising from banking commissions and custom procedures in the countries of shipment are carried out by the Seller, those in the country - by the Buyer.

10.5. All additional and/or amendments to the present Contract are valid only if made in writing and duly signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

10.6. The present Contract will come into force from the date of its signing and shall be valid till the final settlement between both parties.

10.7. The Contract is made in two copies in Russian and English with identical texts, however the settlement of disputes shall be based on the Russian version of the text.
