Let us also consider the features of the functionality of state authorities. So, the head of state and the guarantor of the Constitution in Russia is the president. The declared principle of the rule of law provides for a system of dividing power into three branches legislative, executive and judicial.So the legislative branch is represented by bicameral parliament: the Federal Assembly, which consists of the State Duma and the Federation Council. The judiciary determines the system of judicial authorities, the status of judges, the principles of justice, the types of legal proceedings (FKZ “On the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation” 1994, the FKZ “On the Judicial System of the Russian Federation” 1996, the FKZ “On the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation” of 2014, the Federal Law “On Courts of General Jurisdiction in the Russian Federation”, the Federal Law “On Ensuring access to information on the activities of courts in Russian Federation ”2008 and others). The judicial authorities (constitutional, ordinary, military, arbitration courts) are called upon to administer justice, consider property disputes of individuals and legal entities, to ensure the protection of human rights and freedoms.

Autonomy – self-government, a certain independence, the ability of a state subject to make decisions independently, is fixed by law.

Genocide is the extermination of certain groups of the population on racial, national, religious or class grounds.

Globalization is political, economic and cultural integration on a multinational basis.
