In order to take the test paper a student has to calculate license cost according to the following principles:

The general formula for license fee looks as follows:

T

CR = Vi Pi Ri (1)

i=1

where:

СR – license cost

Тi

– duration of a license agreement

Vi

– output of goods produced under the license in the

corresponding year of the agreement validity

Рi – production unit price under the license in the corresponding year of the agreement validity

validity.Ri – royalty rate in the corresponding year of the agreement Royalty rate - Ri in formula (I) is a part of profit which a licensee

pays as a license fee.

Examples of library research paper topics:

1.Company Financing Sources – International Practice

2.The Initial Stage of a Company Development (Seed Stage, Startup, Early Growth). Informal Financing Sources on Early Stages of a Company Development.

3.Attraction of Venture Fund (Growth Stage): Interaction Characteristics.

4.Activity of Venture Funds in Russia, Europe, USA, and Asian countries. Comparative Analysis.
