FOREWORD
Contemporary professional education in a sense is caught in the trap of managers and engineers separate training. Very often this strong differentiation is not fruitful at all from the practical point of view. It rather makes the situation worse because there is a real need of managerial and engineering skills harmonization.
Master programs in the field of industrial engineering succeed in training all these skills therefore such programs are very popular in US, EU and South East Asia.
«Industrial engineers determine the most effective ways to use the basic factors of production – people, machines, materials, information, and energy – to make a product or to provide a service. They are the bridge between management goals and operational performance. They are more concerned with increasing productivity through the management of people, methods of business organization, and technology than are engineers in other specialties, who generally work more with products or processes».1
Industrial/business engineering (IE) programs based on integration of social, economic and engineering knowledge as well as on getting project management skills. In comparison with the «wide profile» managers the graduates are competent in such complex object of the management as industrial projects’ implementation is.
Industrial engineers find the most effective way to turn the basic factors of production – people, materials, machines, time, energy, and money – into almost every product and service we consume. The best engineers are adept not only at managing employees and technology but also at optimizing the organization of a business.

1)Module for developing of Human and Social capital knowledge
and skills

innovation management competence
This program is designed in the framework of State Educational Standard in the field of «Organization and Management of High-Tech Industries» (27.04.06) because in Russia there is no Special Standard for Industrial Engineering. From the point of view of knowledge and skills that MS program is very similar to «pure» MS in IE but in respect to science consuming industry.
The students of the study program have interdisciplinary knowledge from Human Factors Engineering / Science-consuming Product’s Life Cycle Management / Operations Research and Design for Innovation Business area. They can work on most demanding engineering problems in companies, where the engineers are able to solved difficult and complex problems based on theoretical and practical solutions, procedures and methods and think about economic aspects of the solutions at the same time. The students will gain get ability of abstract and associative study and analysis of problems in order to provide solutions and development of different discipline and transfer knowledge to practice.
Besides classes both in Russia and Germany students have internship at Russian and German Engineering Companies. Of course the chance for internship at German company depends on German language skills.
The basic idea is to give engineers additional business skills and to further educate existing managers to understand the connection between technology and management issues in companies. Such concept of the postgraduate master's study program is in accordance with common trends in world higher education.

1. Brief description of the discipline
Discipline "Engineering Economics" covers the basics of high-tech production, theory and practice to ensure the competitiveness of enterprise with the help of technical and economic calculations, providing the international comparability of objects with a lack of public information, in the course "Engineering Economics" covers the basics of management theory, methods, techniques and programs calculation parameters, examples of evaluation and development of objects of a given level of competitiveness, their components and technologies at different levels of development management of production, international transfer of innovation.
2. The Aims of the Discipline
The objectives of the development of the discipline are:
a)analysis of the sources of production resources;
b)the study of the principles of management of development of production;
c)development of methods of technical and economic calculations developed or modernized production facilities, as well as a new product;
d)formation of a complex of knowledge on the development and implementation of resource engineering solutions to ensure the competitiveness of products and production.

6. Evaluation System for Ongoing Student Performance and Intermediate Attestation Following the Discipline Study
Types of the on-going student performance control include recitation, library-research paper presentation, final differentiated testing.
The final attestation constitutes a differentiated testing.
The score for the mastering the discipline is calculated as follows: 0.4*(average score for recitation and student’s activity in the
discussions during the workshops) + 0.3* (score for the library-research paper) + 0.3* (score for the final testing).
7. Educational Technologies, including Interactive Technologies
If several library-research papers are presented during the one workshop and they have similar topics so that presentations can be transformed into a conference or round-table discussion, where the reports are discussed and all participants can ask the question and give their personal opinion.
Another type of work includes the teamwork on the one broad topic composing several library-research papers which should be reported collectively.
During learning of the discipline topics by the students, the lecturer provides practice-oriented examples, cases, and tasks at workshops, students find solutions for them with the method of brain storm.

1. Brief Characteristics of the Discipline (Module)
Discipline "Engineering of Business processes and Business Expertise. Technological Marketing" reveals the importance of designing business processes, business expertise and technology marketing for modern business in the conditions of uncertainty and tough competition. We consider the specificity of the activity based on the experience of the Russian Federation and foreign companies. Also are considered the development of new types of products, technology selection, planning of production processes of a company, establishing effective systems for monitoring and control of project cost. The course also deals with the problems of organization and functioning of controlling system in the enterprise, as well as the development of design and working documents, including for building projects
2. The Aims of the Discipline
The aim of the course “Engineering of Business processes and Business Expertise. Technological Marketing” is to provide students with theoretical knowledge in the Basics of Engineering of Business processes and Technological Marketing and practical skills in problem solving in management of business processes. The knowledge obtained by the students in the course of the discipline can be applied to:
-Master the terminology related to management of business processes and technological marketing;
-Master the methods of engineering and management of business processes in industry as well as internal management and its application;
-Obtain the applied knowledge in assessment and expertise of the projects in according with its specific features;
-Develop and substantiate marketing projects of promotion of new products, technologies, and services in research, technology, industry, finance, and commerce.

The final attestation constitutes a differentiated testing.
The score for the mastering the discipline is calculated as follows: 0.4*(average score for recitation and student’s activity in the discussions during the workshops) + 0.3* (score for the library-research paper) + 0.3* (score for the final testing).
9. Rating system evaluates the schoolwork of master students
Rating evaluation of students' progress in the discipline is determined on a 100-point scale during the semester.
Evaluation scale of students’ competence assessment includes the grades received during the semester and an assessment of knowledge at differentiated testing.
To monitor progress during the semester oral questioning, evaluation of performances in seminars and presentation of an abstract are used. The final control of knowledge is conducted by means of a differentiated final testing.

Business processengineering and technological marketing problemsare of the great interest in the Russian Federation, Tatarstan Republic as well as all over the world, so it becomes a topic of discussions and publications in mass-media. For successful completion of the discipline “Engineering of Business processes and Business Expertise. Technological Marketing”, Master Degree students are to be well-informed about current problemsin business processes engineering and technological marketing and use updatedinformation sources for composing individual work papers.
That is why writing library-research papers students are to use at least two periodicals published at the last two years (one year is more preferable) and include them to the references list.
While writing a research essay it is permitted to choose topic that is not included to the list in the program of study on the course “Engineering of Business processes and Business Expertise. Technological Marketing”. This topic is to correspond to the discipline, to be urgent and previously approved by a lecturer.
Several Master Degree students can prepare library-research papers on similar topics. So during the presentation all the students will participate in the discussion on the specific topic in more details.
General Requirements to the Format of Research Essays
The total volume of an essay is from 15 to 25 pages of text typed on the one side of A4 paper sheets (including title page, table of content and the list of references).
The text is divided into structural parts that reflect the main points of the research. The parts are introduction, main part, and conclusionwith titles and subtitles.
A research essay includes: title page, table of content, introduction, main part (paragraphs, parts), conclusions (concluding part), appendixes, numbered list of references (at least 7 references) including author name, title, place of publication, name of publishing company, and date of
publication.
Table of content should be placed in the beginning of a research essay and includethe chapters page numbers.
The introduction should state that the discussing problem is of the great interest and significant both in theory and practice. (Student should brieflyexplain the choice of the topic, why he or she is interested in it).
Themain part should be written according to the plan of the work. Students should put the references to the used resources. If the material is

presented verbatim, every citation should have the reference that included to the list of references with the page numbers. Every paragraph of part should begin at the new page.
ChapterI. Introduction. It is a small-sized chapter. It contains the statements of a currency important, significance, and topics introducing to the paper topic.
Chapter II. The main part of a research essay. Here the material on the paper topic is written in a logical order. This chapter can be divided into the subparagraphs (2. 1. , 2. 2. ) and include respective pages to the table of content.
The text and related footnotes should be placed on the same page. The concluding part (conclusions) includes short summary of the
discussing matters, where the author emphasizes the most important statements from his point of view, resumes, and verify the importance of the discussed problem in the context of practical and academic application, world view and ethics.
The list of references is placed in the end of the paper. The literature sources are ordered as follows:
-Encyclopedias, reference books;
-Books related to the topic of a research essay (the last name and the initials of the author, the title without quotations, name of publishing company, the place of publication, the date of publication, and the number of pages);
-Newspaper and journal articles (the title of the article, the journal title, the date of publication, edition number, and page number).
The format of a research essay. A research essay is to be typed on the one side of A4 white paper sheets (210х297 mm). 1. 5 line spacing. Black font color. Typeface of the body text is «TimesNewRoman» or similar one. Font size is 12-14. Margin page (at least): the right margin is 30 mm, top, bottom, left is 20 mm. Paragraph format is all justification. First-line indent is the same throughout the whole text.
Pages are numberedstarting with the title page, but the number on the title page is not shown.
The list of references. References in the text the number of a sourcepaper placedinto square brackets. Bibliographic description in thelist of referencescontains the following elements:

Written work on the themes: 1.1, 2.1, 3.2 is part of discipline studying. The students are given the right to choose one of the proposed three. Each student selects a question and then should make a plan revealing its content, to coordinate it with the teacher, then make a list of references and select the company, if required by the job. In written work it is necessary to use analytical and statistical methods, methods of comparison, the history of the issue, the comparison of international and domestic experience. In conclusion, the author of the written work should formulate his conclusions and possible recommendations.
Written work on 3.1 is a creative work based on the activities of a particular company. This paper is a summary of the student work, which

will reveal the level of mastering the subject and identify the knowledge, abilities, skills, and abilities of students to conduct analytical work in the field of business intelligence in innovative enterprises.
The volume of written work is limited to the 20 pages of printed text (14 font, 1.5 spacing, TimesNewRoman), the use of tables, charts and other visual aids is required. Written work can be done in the form of presentation. The best written work will be discussed at seminars.
The organization of students' independent work involves the preparation and implementation of the following activities: a brief summary of the responses to questions on 3 sections of the discipline. The teacher before the start of the seminar checkstheir lecture notes and notes their quality in his journal. Preparation of the abstract from the list of suggested topics chosen by the student is not required, the student himself determines the need to write the essay.

With a goal of the formation and development of skills, knowledge and abilities of students, active and interactive forms of teaching are used atthe seminars: test, analyses of particular situation,presentations with the use of additional material (an interactive board, work material, slides, multimedia presentations and so on).
The share of classesheld in interactive forms in the learning process, is not less than 30% of classroom time.
To organize and conduct the teaching process of the discipline, forms and methods of study aimed at theoretical training are used; seminars; independent extracurricular work; consultation.
As a result of studying the discipline the following is applied:
-An integrated approach to the consideration of the studied processes and events;
-A combination of analysis of the current state of the market economy in terms of its historical development;
-The study of the general laws of economic development and the
characteristics of their manifestation in the specific historical and sociopolitical environment, both in domestic and foreign practice.
Lectures and independent mastering of the courses are accomplished using the recommended literature and sources.
The lecture material is dedicated to addressing the key conceptual issues: the basic economic concepts and categories, approaches and issues, the interpretation of which is of particularimportance for understanding the essence of the discipline and reveals the competency approach to its study.
Independent work involves the study of theory and practice and ofrecommended literature, the study according to the suggestions of the material by the teacher as well as the execution of tests and practical assignments, written work, preparation of abstracts.
The teachers of the discipline are recommended to conduct individual and group counseling to students in order to assist them in the mastering of the major themes that reveal the components of competences that are studied in the discipline.

Conducting of the seminars presupposes an active, purposeful work of students.
The purpose of the seminar is mastering the most important issues of the course and the active participation of each student at each workshop. At the seminar, the students should be able to explain their understanding of the issues of the topic. To do this, while preparing for the seminar the student should carefully study the recommended literature and guidelines, prepare for and respond to any question on the topics of the seminar, to be able at any time to continue the performance of the previous speaker. The student can use his notes on the studied literature. Each student should be ableat the direction of the teacher to give a review of the report made by the previous speaker.
Final testingsuggests complete mastering of the discipline by the students and their readiness to answer the significant questions of the discipline. It is held as the final stage of the study and knowledge assessment of the student. It is carried out individually on the computer.
Current attestation of students' work is carried out in the course of seminars and workshops throughout the semester by assessing oral responses, participation in the "round table", as well as the written work, writing and presenting of essays, tests, practical tasks and problems.
