Abstract. he article is devoted to the development of effective measures to increase the human resources capacity of a commercial bank in order to ensure economic security in the conditions of increasing staff turnover due to the influence of the generation factor and the growth of overdue loans. The article considers the necessary measures at each stage of work with the employee.
