Abstract. Currently socionics has become a popular recognizable model in the HR and team building market. This aroused scientific interest in the socionic methodology in conducting research. Socionics is considered as a tool that allows selecting groups of people according to the compatibility of their socionic types. It helps in recruitment, the resolution of professional disagreements and other social situations. The purpose of this article is to analyze such a science as socionics, as well as to identify the socionic type of personality for further building relationships with him.
