4. Gliederung deutlich machen (referieren):

Beachten Sie dabei folgende Richtlinien:

− Konzentration auf das Wichtigste (sich auf Schlüsselgedanken beschränken, überflüssige Details ausschalten);

− Wiedergabe der Schlüsselgedanken mit anderen Worten;

− Sätze umformen, d.h. andere syntaktische Konstruktion gebrauchen (z. B. erweitere Attribute in Nebensätze verwandeln);

− logische Verknüpfungselemente (Konjunktionen) verwenden;

5. Schlussbemerkungen machen:
