V.Compose the following letters in English.
1. Сообщите капитану иностранного судна, что Вы возлагаете на него ответственность за столкновение, происшедшее во время постановки его судна на якорь.
Сообщите, что столкновение произошло, из-за того, что иностранное судно не сбавляя хода, отдало якорь, но продолжало двигаться вперед по инерции, и что в результате столкновения Ваше судно получило большие повреждения корпуса по правому борту. Попросите капитана иностранного судна лично проверить размер повреждений.
2. "Напишите письмо капитану иностранного судна и его судовладельцам о том, что считаете их виновными в причиненных Вашему судну повреждениях в результате столкновения, происшедшего во время работы и ледовом районе. Объясните, что Вы шли полным ходом, но очень медленно из-за тяжелой ледовой обстановки, постоянно меняя курс и скорость испытывая сильные удары льда о корпус судна.
3. Попросите Ваших агентов передать капитану иностранного порта и всем заинтересованным лицам, что Вы выражаете протест против ареста Вашего судна, являющегося государственной собственностью Украины и обладающего правом неприкосновенности, в связи с происшедшим столкновением и попросите их принять все меры к немедленному освобождению Вашего судна.
