The situation sounds terrible – we had a similar situation in my company once. I don't think that you and your colleagues should try to deal with Keith yourselves. That could lead to trouble. Is there a manager above Lionel that you could go to see? Instead of talking about Keith directly, you could suggest that some regular performance reviews of employees’ work would be useful. The company will find out sooner or later that Keith is not productive and is just causing problems. Or am I being unrealistic?

There is an excellent labour force: school and university education is excellent, and managers and workers are highly skilled.

The roads are very crowded: people and goods can be held up in traffic but, on the other hand, train service, both for goods and passengers, are fast and cheap.

Some say that younger Euphorians are becoming lazy and too used to having money, but this is a relatively small problem.

I do not hesitate to recommend Euphoria as an ideal country for a high-tech factory of the king you are considering.
