2.Hotel service ( Обслуговування в готелях).

All inclusive an all-inclusive resort is one that, in addition to providing lodging, includes a wide range of other amenities such as unlimited food, beverages, sports activities, and daily and nightly entertainment. Golf, diving and spa services usually cost extra, as does top-shelf liquor at some resorts. Group rate prices with discounts which are applied when morе than 10 people are served(groups of tourists).

The European Plan sometimes abbreviated as EP in hotel listings, indicates that the quoted rate is strictly for lodging and does not include any meals. All food provided by the hotel is billed separately. Taxes and tips are usually additional as well.The advantage of the European Plan is that it encourages guests to try a variety of restaurant experiences, and they can often save money by eating at establishments that charge less than the hotel dining room.

Complex Service a standard set of tourist services including check- in and check-out, accommodation, nourishment and excursions.

The American Plan sometimes abbreviated as AP in hotel listings, means that the quoted rate includes three meals a day, i.e. breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In the American plan, the meals are provided by the hotel kitchen. Some hotels offer guests the option of being on the American plan or paying a la carte for food consumed in their facility. Travelers choosing a hotel in a remote location where there are not many restaurants — or none at all — need to stay at a hotel that offers an American plan. In Europe and some other countries the American Plan is referred to as Full Pension or Full Board.

Modified American Plan sometimes abbreviated as MAP in hotel listings, means that the quoted rate includes two meals a day, including breakfast and either lunch or dinner. In the Modified American plan, these meals are provided by the hotel dining room. Some hotels offer guests the option of being on the American Plan, a Modified American Plan, or paying a la carte for food consumed in their facility. In Europe and some other countries the Modified American Plan is referred to as Half Pension or Half Board.

3. General terms and notions (Загальні терміни та поняття)

Service Charge is often a fee for some service rendered that is in addition to fees already paid for that service. In some cases, service charges stand alone and don’t include additional fees, but very often they’re tacked onto fees for other things.

Examples include (but are not limited to) housing, travel, and food vouchers. Vouchers are used in the tourism sector primarily as proof of a named customer's right to take a service at a specific time and place. Service providers collect them to return to the tour operator or travel agent that has sent that customer, to prove they have given the service.

Inter rail is a railway ticket available for unlimited rail travel in a specific country for a certain period of time.
