Companies always needs to recruit or employ new people. A different positions have their necessary qualifications and professional skills. Recruitment is the process of searching and choice of new workers. There are two ways to hire people: direct and indirect. Many companies have a Human Resources department which select the most suitable applications and prepare short list of candidates, who are invited to attend an interview. Such method allows to meet with candidates and estimate his or her interpersonal skills, which I think the most important for all candidates nowadays. This is direct way. But another companies using the services of a recruitment agency or headhunters. So, this is indirect ways. I think suitable deal with search firm, because they often already have a lists of people on different position, therefore search a suitable candidates will be more faster. People who are interested can then apply for the job by sending in a letter of application or covering letter and a curriculum vitae or CV (resume). A different positions have their necessary qualifications and professional skills, therefore potential employees should contains details of their education and experience. Candidate shoulds include follows information: personal statement, personal details, work experience, knowing of languages, interests, other information (for example if you want to be a model, photo model you should add your appearance data), referees, educations and qualifications. Also a candidate’s photo should include in CV or application form. A company may also ask candidates to complete a special application form in which candidates point additional information.

. The interview has a some stages and unwritten rules. I try to give a some advices to candidate:

  • The most important- never be late, even if you come too early, it is better to walk around outside. Arrive at the office ten minutes before the scheduled time, because there may be an application to fill out. Besides you can get some useful information about company in the waiting room and get used to the new environment.

  • An interviewer decides within the first two minutes whether they’ll consider hiring an applicant, therefore , pay attention to the way you are dressed, because you can’t tell a book by its cover. Carefully select what you’re going to wear – a dark, conservative business suit is best for both men or women. For women also conservative accessories, minimal jewelry, for example no more than two rings.

  • Don’t hurry. Introduce yourself and greet the interview. Give a solid handshake. Wait until you’re invited to sit down.

  • Sit straight, don’t slouch

  • Talk in measure tones, without excesses

  • Look the interview in the eye, but don’t stare

  • Keep your gestures close to you, don’t wave your arms

  • Try to create a right relationship

  • A smile coupled with good posture can work wonders

  • Be ready to speak about yourself, your professional experience, skills and hobbies, family and other information.

  • Be ready by trick and dummy questions. Such questions aims to find out a latent quality а person. It was may be follows questions: 1.Have you ever been in a situation which you lost your temper? 2. How do you deal with difficult people?

  • And I think also very important advice – think as far possible about the future rather than the past, try to be the optimistic person
